NAXC: Week 8

Congratulations to all of the runners on their performances in the last meet on our home course! And to the Girls' team which placed 1st and the Boys' team which placed 3rd at the PIAA Invitational in Hershey! There is one meet coming up this week - away on Tuesday at 3:30 pm at Butler High School.

Important Dates

Away Meet at Butler w/Shaler:

Tuesday, October 1 at 3:30 pm at Butler High School, 120 Campus Lane, Butler PA 16001. Bus schedule for students: leave Beattie at 1:15; leave NAI at 1:15; leave the Baierl Center at NASH at 1:45. Any changes in the bus schedule will be communicated to the athletes by the coaches.

NAXC Recognition Night! This annual tradition is for ALL NAXC athletes and their parents. It includes dinner, letters, and awards along with a special individual recognition for our seniors.

Upcoming Ways to Support the Community - Toys for Tigers

NAXC will once again be participating in the Toys for Tigers drive, which raises money to provide hand-chosen, hand-wrapped gifts to local children for the holidays. This is an amazing program that spreads cheer and goodwill throughout the community.

This year, our Toys for Tigers team representatives are juniors Elinor Handel and Andrew Peigh. They will be collecting money from team members/families to support Toys for Tigers. More information to come!

You can also support Toys for Tigers by eating at Dee Jays' Legendary Ribs on October 2 or November 20. 20% of the proceeds will be donated to Toys for Tigers.

Recognition Night Volunteers Needed - October 16: Underclassmen Parents, we especially need your help!  Please consider volunteering to help with Recognition Night to allow our senior parents to enjoy this final celebration with their athletes.
